Join the residents of Twelve Oaks assisted living center in La Crescenta to help plant a vegetable garden.
Bring garden tools and gloves if you have them. We will try to provide a few extras for those who don't have any. We will provide the seeds along with pizza and drinks. Bring comfortable clothes, a hat and sunscreen.
Children 8 years and older are welcome with parental supervision.
Located in the beautiful foothills of Glendale, Twelve Oaks Lodge is a senior living haven. The property is situated on five majestic acres, with oak trees, rose gardens, and historical structures which date back to the 1920s.
