The Stanford Women’s Impact Network believes that leadership is a mindset, not a title or a position.  Whether at home, at work, or in our communities, we all have opportunities to lead.  But it can be challenging to recognize when and how we're showing up as leaders, and to engage in the self-development needed to magnify our impact.

Join us for a one-day retreat to explore the mutually reinforcing concepts of authenticity and servant leadership.  Through discussion, individual work, and group activities, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your personal leadership journey and gain insight into how your unique experiences have shaped your leadership mindset.   Building on this self-discovery, we’ll talk about how embracing our authentic leadership makes us more effective in leading and serving others. We’ll end the retreat with an interactive group session that will provide inspiration and support as we begin to apply the lessons of authenticity and servant leadership in our daily lives.
