WDCSA Visits the Washington Humane Society

Join fellow alumni for a morning of fun with some furry friends at the Washington Humane Society! You will create animal toys from old clothing and socks (please bring any materials you might have at home!) while learning about how this organization works and the impact you will be making. The morning will conclude with a tour of the Adoption Center and distribution of the toys to our new furry friends.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to interact with the animals and learn about this special organization. Volunteers make it possible for the Humane Rescue Alliance to serve more than 60,000 animals each year, without ever turning a DC animal away.
A $20 donation to the Humane Society is suggested. Space is limited, please RSVP early and be sure to let us know if your plans change.
