Did you attend Stanford's overseas campus at the Cliveden estate, 25 miles up the Thames River from London from 1970-80?
Join us at the Queen Vic for a trivia exchange and shared stories of discovering Professor Jeffrey Tyack's rich expertise, glee in the library as tourists walked past and pointed, and the pink crushed velvet couch that 'hosted' the infamous Perfumo Affair! Bring 2-3 questions about major events that occurred when you were overseas at or around your campus and we’ll reward attendees recollection of 70’s overseas trivia.
This event is open to all Stanford alumni, family and friends, but we especially encourage overseas program participants from this era. There is no fee to attend besides your trivia questions, but we need to book a group space, as the Queen Vic does not accept reservations. RSVP so we know you'll be there!
